4-level apartment re-build within existing perimeter shell (envelope), incorporating a new vertical circulation spine consisting of a crafted metalwork stair and internal lift to service the multiple levels within the apartment.

The client brief was for a minimalist and restrained palate of material including American Oak timber ceiling and flooring, Tasmanian Grey granite tiling, finely articulated metalwork, loose-fit fittings and cabinetwork.

The apartment has an external private swimming pool rarely available within the CBD.
