Renovation and additions to an existing Victorian period house, the provision of a new third storey and music studios, and reworking of the front façade including removal of the existing imitation Victorian veranda.
A new large stairwell was created for easy flow from ground floor to the first floor and to allow morning sun to penetrate down through the stairwell into the new kitchen. A small diameter circular stair connects the first floor to the second floor parents retreat consisting of bedroom, en-suite, deck, large walk-in robe and small office area.
A new landscaped garden provides a spectacular entry walk from the front gate to the front door.
