A beachfront family residence responding to the client brief for informal beach-house character.
Durable external finishes were selected to withstand corrosive harbour-front conditions, including custom-made marine-grade stainless steel window and door framing, Rheinzink cladding and industrial zinc-dusting finish to all exposed steelwork.
A custom-made picture hanging system was installed throughout the house for display of artworks. Deck balustrading was designed to minimise interruption of harbour views.
